Our platform insurance covers most of Europe in addition to a few bordering countries. You can see the entire coverage area under Insurance terms.
The insurance excess is the responsibility of the renter. Out2Camp will in collaboration with our insurance company assist the owner in collecting the excess fee. Owner is refunded as soon as the damage is approved by our insurance company.
Minor damages should be handled directly between owner and renter upon returning the vehicle.
