Find a vehicle and request to book
Renter: Find the perfect vehicle just where you need it. Send a booking request directly to owner.
3.
Accept booking request
Owner: You as the owner are in charge who may rent your vehicle and availability for bookings.
4.
Rental payment
Renter: You will receive a payment request by e-mail once your booking request is successful. Pay online within 48 hours to finalize your booking.
5.
Meet up agreed time and place
Owner & Renter: Verify renter's ID, inspect the vehicle condition together and instruct how to operate it, and finally sign the rental form. Vehicle is now renter's to use
6.
Sit back and relax
Owner & Renter: Out2Camp's or owners rental insurance covers the vehicle during the rental period. Out2Camp Support will be happy to assist should there be any questions.
7.
Ready the vehicle for return
Renter: Clean the vehicle inside and outside, empty toilets and wastewater tanks, and make sure the vehicle is returned with fuel as received.
8.
Meet up agreed time and place
Owner & Renter: Inspect the vehicle, and settle any excess charges for mileage or fuel. Sign the return form to finish the rental.
9.
Request for payout
Owner: Your balance at Out2camp is adjusted 24 hours after a completed booking. You may request for payout to your bank account. Requested amount will be transferred within 2 banking days.
